The Vale Foot Clinic are looking to recruit a HCPC registered podiatrist to work out of our Barry clinic.

A little bit about us

The Vale Foot Clinic is an established podiatry practice that has been operating in The Vale of Glamorgan for over a decade. We have clinics in the village of Dinas Powys and the nearby Town of Barry. It is within our Barry clinic that this clinical position will be based however there may occasionally be the need for the successful incumbent to cover shifts in our Dinas Powys clinic or domiciliary visits.

We are always looking to develop our skill-set and the range of treatments we offer our patients. Although the majority of treatment will be routine care to include Nail Surgery and verruca treatments we’d expect the individual to continue to develop their skills in the fields of MSK podiatry, Shockwave therapy, Nail Reconstruction and other new treatment techniques that the clinic adopts. We will provide the necessary training for the successful applicant to develop these skill-sets along with full training in all clinical systems currently utilised at the clinic.

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who can work independently as well as part of a dynamic team. Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills are essential as are good interpersonal skills that make the patient feel at ease and create a patient experience that we can be proud of. Going that extra mile over and above patient expectations is a must. The successful applicant must be able to take full responsibility for their patients ensuring their duty of care is fulfilled. We pride ourselves on word-of-mouth referrals so we are looking for that individual that goes above and beyond for their patients.

The candidate must be HCPC Registered
