Emergency Clinics

Dear Patient,

We hope that you are keeping safe and well during these unprecedented times. We are contacting a number of our patients that have had their appointments cancelled and as a result may be experiencing pain and / or are at risk of infection.  We will be running emergency clinics at our Barry site in order to treat anyone that is experiencing pain and requires treatment.

The clinics will take place on Thursday 21st May and Friday the 22nd May from 9.00-5.00pm.

Please be aware that the risk of COVID 19 must be considered before you make your decision to attend.

If you do decide to book an emergency appointment with us we are asking you, if possible, to attend your appointment alone and no sooner than 2 minutes prior to the appointment time. We will also ask you to wear your own mask or, if necessary, we will provide you with one during your appointment.

Please note that our clinical costs have increased to account for the expectation that clinical staff wear extensive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow new routines and procedures within clinics to protect both clinicians and patients during appointments. As such we have had to increase the price of our routine follow-up and  appointments will now cost £35.

We are also asking patients if possible to pay for their treatment using card rather than cash.
