There may be a number of reasons for this:

  • You may be suffering from an undiagnosed condition.
  • Information in the diagnostic tool may be incomplete.
  • You may have a medical condition that needs to be considered.

As such we recommend that you book a Heel Pain appointment (if the pain you are suffering from is in or below the ankle).

Our podiatrist will then provide you with a full consultation and diagnosis. They will also develop a personalised treatment plan for you that will assist your recovery.
