This diagnosis will need to be confirmed by our podiatrist on the day. If our podiatrist confirms that you are not suffering from Plantar Fasciitis or Achilles Tendonopathy but you are in fact suffering from a different condition you may not be suitable for Shockwave Therapy. In this situation you will be advised of other treatment options and you will still be charged for your consultation with our podiatrist.

Shockwave Therapy should only be used for chronic cases of Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonopathy that have not responded to conservative treatment methods.
Other appointments such as our 'Heel Pain' appointments can be booked to develop a conservative treatment plan for conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonopathy.
